3/17 ScrapGirls Newsletter

I found my LO in the 3/17/13 Scrap Girls Newsletter!
It was a totally surprise. Each week there are random LOs from the gallery used in the newsletter. They can be picked from anytime. I made this LO over a month ago for the 2/14/13 challenge, it was something to do with using multiple filters on your photos in one LO. I had decided to use the same photo and over do that whole multiple filter thing.

So I was really pleasantly surprised to see my LO picked as a "LO of the Week"

and to get a $5 coupon to the Scrap Girls store.

Making it onto a blog or newsletter always feels like an accomplishment to me. I love the recognition. Even when not many people entered the challenge, it still thrills me.
the January 26, 2013 Scrap Girls Newsletter featured this LO: Cherish

It was chosen as the Scrap Girls Club Concept winner for the second half of January. The collection is Jen Reed's "12 of Never" Collection. I love the colors in this collection. I feel so honored to have my LO picked as the winner for the challenge.

Apparently Nov and Dec are great months to do challenges and a lot of scrapping because everyone else is so busy they don't find the time and you have a better change to have your LO featured on site blogs and newsletters....

My LO "Grandmother" was the "December's Scrap Girls Club Concepts Layout Contest Winner"  this is a monthly contest at Scrap Girls that you must use their month (purchased- I purchase a year subscription when there is a good discount coupon) Club kit. It was featured in the December 22, 2012 Scrap Girls email Newsletter

    2. On December 8, 2012 My LO "Blessed" was featured as winning the"November's Monthly Layout Contest Winners". Scrap Girls hosts a montly contest that anyone can enter. They give a theme and you upload it to that montly's LO contest gallery.
